Usually our guys are pretty vocal during game week, doing interviews/press, letting off a few tweets, etc.

Not this week. Completely silent. Seemingly super focused, I like it. Meanwhile, LSU is doing a lootttt of trash talking.

I'm one of the few almost expecting a UF win Saturday night. It'll be tough, but I like Dan to pull this thing out.

I'm sure CDM has been feeding the team the noise that the LSU players are saying. A little at a time, just like they did before the 2007 BCSNC game.

The corndogs are talking about making a statement and blowing us out. Our team is laser focused and feeling disrespected. I like how this is setting up.

I'm expecting us to play hard all game. Very hard. Barring any crazy plays and turnovers it should be close.

I hope all 3 phases play well, and that our defense continues to improve. A win will likely require our Oline to play better than they have.

It hasn’t been this quiet since we went to the desert in January 07. But LSU at LSU is much more difficult a game than neutral site against OSU pre Urban

I like the fact that other teams perceive beating us as making a statement again.

LSU's wide open attack is impressive . As Gator fans we are also well aware of how teams can derrail such an attack: make them one dimensional, bring pressure, and force turnovers. While Baton Rogue is no joke, this group seems to be built to task. Lets see how she goes...

Not gonna lie, part of me would prefer an ugly win with silver linings. I want this exact same circumstance when we play ga. No love, gettin 2 tds, media poopoo’n us. May seem counterintuitive but with a team like this one I really think the no respect card dan is able to play at the moment has these guys playing above their heads in some areas. I wouldn’t decline a blowout win , I’m just sayin

This offense is impressive, compared to LSU offenses from the past. But they are no different than Auburn from last week or Towson the week before (other than game speed). I think our D should do well against them.

I love that Tyson quote. For all of his issues, his ferocity was something to behold. I think it will take a Herculean defensive effort to win this one. Perhaps a Tyson-esque ferocity will do the trick.

    Last week....
Our defense had ZERO...that's right, ZERO penalties .....

Mullen and Grantham have this defense dialed in...totally focused on what they have to do...

LSWho's defense is not nearly as good as Auburn was....

We're going to see a good mix of Trask and EJ .... let both of them tear up the Tigers secondary.

The Gators have already had a second helping of tiger this season...but, the Gators are always hungry for some more...a third portion is just the ticket!!

NOTE: Gonna edit this to make sure it I isn't "off-topic" ....

The reason the Gators are so "dialed in"...
Is partly due to them paying attention to the task at hand, and NOT to any "outside interference"... therefore...the "radio silence".

    Izzat better? :D

I agree and as much as I hate making the comparison, it’s very Alabama-esque

I said this after Swain took it to the house last week. 3 and out on D and then TD in two plays. That is punching someone in the face right there.

I think our coaching edge is substantial. Probably more so than their offensive advantage. And all the talking heads are ignoring that our offense has been pretty dang good since Kyle took over. We have big play potential as well and an absolute match up nightmare at TE. If our D plays like they did last week this should be a really good game that we have an absolute chance of coming out on top.

    Go Gators!!!!
