Think he might be in a bit of trouble?

Why? We already have a QB that can run and is as big as Tebow....just use all of his skills in those situations.

He allegedly threw a cell phone in the incident. Police say the dents in the wall are consistent with a cell phone. Sounds like very scientific investigation, an open and shut case.

We dont know that DJ can do what Tebow did. Tebow is like Holyfield, he will take one to give one. Not sure if DJ is that guy and thats not a knock on the kid.

Umm...unless the reporter is a moron (always a possibility) then he admitted to the police that he threw the cell phone. His statement + suspicious dent(s) in the wall is somewhat compelling evidence unless a sharp lawyer can get his confession tossed.

Personally I don't remember student apartments without dents in the wall, and any particular dent could be consistent with 1,000 common items in any residence. Not really compelling at all. And if someone has confessed, then why even bring it up. Throwing the phone is not what is worrisome in the scenario. Hardly even arrest worthy. The reporting was amateur level. I have no opinion on validity of charges. I am just panning Brockway.
