The real evidence shows that James repaid his brother back a $200k loan at 0% interest, which the above check is a part. And this loan was given and repaid while Joe was a private citizen. The loan repayment doesn't show up in Joe's tax returns because it wasn't income.

Looking at Joe's income taxes, which are public, he did well after he left the VP office. He had a $540,000 a year job at UPenn, plus a large book advance, and several 6-figure speaking engagements. He certainly had the money to pay his brother a 0% interest loan.

At least nobody bought up the $4,500 loan to Hunter to help pay for a truck!

 

I get the logic. James Biden made a $40,000 payment on a loan that he received from his brother Joe. Since James was apparently being paid by the Chinese and used proceeds from the Chinese to pay Joe it means that Joe was being bribed by the Chinese. Got it. We also have to remember Joe Biden's ability to influence policy back in 2017 which if I recall, at the time there was a Republican with an orange complexion in the White House, a Republican Senate Majority Leader from Kentucky and a Republican Speaker of the House.

The Orange Man was never prosecuted for Russian collusion. Although Mueller indicated that the Orange Man may have been guilty of collusion (Mueller never used that word by the way since it's not a legal term although he did document the attempt by Russia to influence the 2016 election) he specifically declined to recommend prosecution of the Orange One based on a decades-old opinion of the DOJ Office of Legal Counsel which held that a sitting president could not be prosecuted. By the way your post is off-topic since this thread about the Bidens not Trump. I only mentioned Trump because he was president at the time and there was no way that Joe Biden could have influenced him or any other government official back in 2017.

 

He wasn't formally prosecuted, but he was publicly persecuted by the media...which was worse.

 

Let's follow the logic. While VPOTUS, Joe and Jill Biden were making decent money, but weren't raking it in. During this time, there is zero evidence of Joe receiving any money that originated in China. No loans to brother James or son Hunter.

In 2017, Joe becomes a citizen, and is making more money than ever before in his lifetime. He gets a large book advance, a $500k+ a year job with UPenn, and can make 6 figures for a few hours speaking on the rubber chicken circuit. Joe now has money, and can loan brother James $200k to help a failing business, and $4,500 for son for a truck. We do have evidence of these loans being paid back, at no interest.

2021, Joe becomes POTUS, and is not making less money than before, though again, not starving by any stretch of the imagination. The loans stop, and so do any and all payments that may have originated from China from loan repayment.

How does this prove that Joe was benefitting from any Chinese involvement? Why would China pay Joe any money when he was a citizen and had no say in government affairs, but not pay him a dime when he was VPOTUS but now POTUS? How much influence was $204,500 going to get anyway, when Joe was making more than 2X that from his UPenn job, and could make that much in 2 nights work with speaking engagements? And again, what was China's expected ROI, as in 2017 and 2018, Joe hadn't even announced he was running for POTUS. And anyone running against an incumbent is at a disadvantage.

Who did Joe have access to? Trump? Think it through. He was a normal citizen in 2017. He had absolute ZERO power or access to any power. The Democrats controlled nothing at that point. Use your brain. It was just a loan repayment.
