Question about NYC mass shooting

    I saw a story that the police officer killed had worked hard and paid off the mortgage on his home already. Tunnel to Towers said they will support the family with funds for taxes, education expenses, and other needs.

    I guess river needed to specify that he was a “legal” immigrant so you wouldn’t be able to spew your nonsense.

    How many people do these murderers have to kill in order for it to be considered and mass killing, shooting in this case? Had he survived... should he have been considered for a plea bargain sentence? I want to compare this to the Idaho murders. I think no one should ever be giving a plea bargain deal if you murder multiple people... more than one.

    Back to this case, I wonder if this murderer had lived what kind of trial would he would have had? Would the state go for the death penalty? Does New York state even have the death penalty?
