Surprised you did add that chemical weapons or occupation or armored assault vehicles are being used either.

Constitutional authority to protect federal facilities and personnel? Yeah ok. Thanks for the facts. I don’t see anything resembling martial law or war zones. I’ve been to war zones, these areas don’t look like them.

Antifa means anti-Fascist. Yes, that started with the Communists in Russia. Can you point to anything today that is pro-communist from any American Antifa? Any Antifa leaders? Anything other than just an idea and a loose group today that is anti-Fasicst?

For that matter, can you show Federal facilities being under siege, please? And the Alderperson wasn't in a Federal facility. She was in a hospital, doing her job protecting the Constitutional rights of her constituent. What is under siege in this situation? Not any Federal building, but the Constitutional rights of a human being. You really going to feel good about defending the actions of ICE here?

Trump has consistently called Portland "war ravaged," is "burning to the ground," and being overrun by crime and terror. This is a lie. You repeating Trump's lies doesn't make it any more true. Instead, why not read what the Police Chief of Portland is saying. Are there protests in Portland? Yes, but that's like asking is they sky blue. Somebody is always protesting something in Portland. But is the city burning down and a war zone? Far from it.

So enlighten us to how surrounding federal buildings, blocking/impeding federal agents, firebombing federal buildings, trying to burn federal buildings with agents inside, pelting them with rocks, chasing their vehicles is not related to sieges? As long as the crime stays out of the affluent/white areas, crime must not be an issue? In Chicago 15 neighborhoods out 77 are where 293 people have been murdered to include children. It matters to the people in those neighborhoods. Guess where they put the unvetted illegals? She as f wasn’t in the other 62 neighborhoods. Please show the burning buildings. Or the buildings attempted to be burned. Is Portland truly under siege? Or is the President lying just so he can send troops into an American city that doesn't support him? The judge that ruled the troops aren't needed, and the quote from the Portland Police Chief should give you some clues.

And last time I looked, citywide crime stats include entire cities. And numbers don't lie. Across the cities like Portland and Chicago, violent crime is down in both the first half of 2025. This is another fact you're ignoring to allow the POTUS to ignore and trample the Constitution.

Which is what the ICE Agents were doing in the hospital, trying to apprehend someone without a warrant, when asked to produce one by the Alderperson, who was doing her job. What Constitutional Right does ICE have to handcuff someone simply asking to see a warrant? None. Same right they have to apprehend anyone in a non public area without a warrant or permission. Why do you defend blatantly unconstitutional actions?
