Definitely a 2 seed. Where to is just guesswork. If go by true seeding, which I do more than committee will,lol) I have UF around #20, which puts them at the #11-13 seed. So I actually have them at #12 Noles as of now. I have Coastal at #9(Miss St as the 2,, the last sec 2 seed)

I dont have GT hosting(very well may bc of acc title) my 14-16 is SMiss, Vols, UCLA. Bama at SMiss.. I had UF here to begin with based on 'seeding(first sec 2 seed) but changed for geography..

Clemson is another possibility for UF.. I have them at 10 now,, but they could take Oregons(or someones) T8 spot w/ a win today. Shouldnt go there if a T8 IMO

Cal Poly (bubble) will play UC-Irvine (bubble host) in maybe the last game of the conference tournaments.

Miami has an RPI of 40 and H2H series loses against bubble teams Connecticut, Notre Dame, and Virginia. I don't think they're completely safe any more.

 

I agree BUT SEC crew just said it’s all about how you play at the end of the year and that’s what the committee looks at. If that were the case, we would definitely be hosting.

We were the hottest team in the country to finish the season and not enough to host regional and all that considering we were playing in the best conference in the country

I think metrics is still deciding factor overall, and also 'fairness'.. shouldnt be but is IMo.. sec already looking at record 8 host,, do they go 9 w/out real good reason.. no idea

I think Cal Poly safe, 30 rpi, Uva the is strange one, 62 rpi but 5 over in acc.

Miami sneaks in , but not UND /Uva is my guess.

With a straight face those are hottest 2 teams in country. FAMU had a streak going too lol., but very aware of schedule diffrence.. Northeastern didnt even put in host bid, or would be in the host conversation

One problem with saying that the Gators deserve a host spot with how well they played lately is that Shelton and Heyman were in the line-up. And now they are not.
