It's not entirely clear, but CNN is giving Biden 1 point for Nebraska so I assume they have called NE-2 for Biden.

We've never had an insane incumbent before, with lawyers who will sue God if he tells them to.

My concern is if it comes down to one state, a Republican legislature will pass a bill that says because of "voter fraud" the results can't be trusted, so they're exercising their constitutional prerogative to award the state's electors to Trump. The governor vetoes, and the issue goes to the Supreme Court where Kavanaugh writes a 5-4 opinion that says "well golly gee, the constitution says the legislatures decide, so I guess that settles it. Trump wins."

Biden is going to win PA, and he might win GA too.

I find comments such as these hilariously hypocritical coming from the supporters of those who are looting and burning down our American cities all over this country. Physician...heal thyself.

If this ends with a 2 point win for Biden, I wonder if Nebraska will change their law to award all their EC votes to state winner. Seems crazy that a solid red state would give a democrat a point.

Who here supports looting and burning? I like peaceful protest.

I don't think that would get 5 votes. SCOTUS would be signing its and the country's own death warrants.

I find comments like these hilariously hypocritical from the supporters of those who are murdering protesters with cars and rifles, threatening women, engaging in domestic terrorism, and marching with the Klan and Neo-Nazis. But something tells me you don't support those things. Maybe you shouldn't engage us with the same sort of bad faith arguments.

Maybe. But I've stopped thinking there's any gamble the Republicans won't take in pursuit of power. If they can do it, they will. Especially now, I don't think they are afraid of any consequences.

No it hasn't. Quit being so hyperbolic. Dems control the house by a narrow margin, and pubs will control the Senate. You're not going to see any major legislation get pushed through with mixed chambers. Doesn't matter who is living on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Sounds like a realistic scenario. But if it happens, regardless of how it happens, and Trump loses the election but remains president, watch out. American democracy will have jumped the rails and all bets are off as to what happens after that.

Exercising our First Amendment rights is now socialism? For the pove of god, learn what socialism actually is.
