It is impossible to pick this game without knowing which UK players will be out (and, I suppose, knowing the same for Florida to the extent we have issues that have yet to transpire). Our defense would not be able to slow down the Kentucky running attack if their offense were at full speed. I’d give us a 7-14 point margin in that event. As it happens, UK may not be at full speed on offense (and apparently is very unlikely to be on defense), so let’s make it 17 points: 38-21 UF.
I have read that Kentucky is down 18 players and 10 staff members.
We’ll stop their win streak in The Swamp at 1!
45-17 Gators win
In three OT's
On our last possession in OT, Pitts drops the 2point conversion to give UK the win.
Don't jinx me.
With the UK players out, I'll change my original 42 - 17 score to UF 52 - 14.
They’ll get a few starters back that were injured supposedly.
65-0 ala '96
So, one better than AL on each end, then?
41 - Gators
24 - Soft kitty, warm kitty, purr, purr, purr
62-21. Defense shows up(not sure why i think this happens)and stops the run. Garbage time TD for UK.
50-0 in honor of Umatilla Steve. I wonder whatever happened to that guy.
38-24 Gators. I think it will go just like the Vandy game.
I have a self-concocted fomula that I use to pick bowl game scores if I have limited knowledge of the teams playing, and, your guess is exactly the score that it arrives at for for this game. It doesn't account for all the unknown personnel issues at UK, though.
Boomer do slow start 42-24
