if players and coaches don’t scream and yell on the sideline or field like an out of control imbecile like Muschamp they don’t care about winning. - many fans
It was a relief to read the snap count report and see that the teams most valuable player, Hansen, once again played every snap. Wish he could play both ways.
As critical as I have been, yesterday's effort was commendable. As far as the refs go, as it's always been, you gotta beat the champs, you gotta whoop 'em. You have to score enough points that those things don't matter. We haven't been there in quite some time. We have to score points in the second half. For the rest of the season, two more remaining games, just go pee and come back and stand on the sideline. Because whatever happens inside isn't working. Don't need that crap sticking to ya!! We have championship caliber players, now we need a championship caliber coach, and a team mindset that mirrors that. Indomitable spirit! To infinity and beyond. Or something... Go Gators.
Last night was part of an overall sh*t show of a season. Going through some numbers, excluding LIU, we are averaging 17 points per game on O, and specifically in the 2nd half we are averaging 5.2 points. The only description i have about those stats and our 2nd half performance is "pathetic".. There were 4 games we should have won with a normal 2nd half. Ole Miss, (Zero 2nd half), LSU (Zero 2nd half), USF (7 2nd half), and Georgia (10 2nd half). Winning those games by scoring some points when it counted would have put our record at 7-3 rather than the current 3-7. Also, we score 0 against KY in the 2nd half and against A&M we scored 3 in the 2nd half (both games we were not competitive.) I don't blame BG for this, as this is CBN's staff and CBN has been the main driver of this awful O. I wish when questions are asked during the PC, someone brings this up and see what BG says about it.
Not sure why it would be. This is not flag football and contact was made prior to the ball being dead
I hear ya I was thinking the same thing. DJ was running the ball really well when he was running it vertically.
Wish he could catch the football. So we got a guy that runs the 40 in about 5.1going vertical down the field with a guy in his hip pocket. He ain’t getting open.
Filled our stadium, moved product, continued to drive viewership, not to mention remaining 3rd most populous state's flagship and envy of said state, won a basketball and baseball natty, and soared academically. We're still the Florida Gators.
