Special teams coaching by committee may warrant reconsideration

Hmm, the "bitch'n" force is strong in this group. You all DO know we have a game coming up tomorrow, correct?

Should be a fun atmosphere but it’ll be a blowout.

We are playing McNeese State. I’m personally going to remain worried until we show progress against an okay team

Well, there is pre-bitching for the next game and there is post-bitching from the last one.

How about splitting the difference and say "I hope we score a TD in the first half...unlike the last game!"

We're going to score on the first possession, of both teams!

I am actually looking for growth in other areas, I’m not worried about the scoreboard.

    1. Less TE usage and formations overall
    2. TO usage
    3. Details
    4. ST play

Player wise I’m watching FR usage, particularly at WR and D. Watching OL as well.

I think the worried part goes for us all. We don’t all react the same way..

As to the extra O-line coach, where is the return on investment? Would the offense be better served with one line coach and an offensive coordinator? I love the Napier hire. I just think being CEO and offensive coordinator is a bit much for any coach of a big time program. May work at the lower tiers, but not in the big leagues. Something is going to suffer. UF needs Napier's program building. Napier needs an offensive coordinator. Answer: one O-line coach with one offensive coordinator. I am somewhat intrigued by the thought of Callahan calling plays. That might allow CBN to have his two O-line coaches.
