I assume the following players will leave after next season(2019/2020):
    Nembhard
    Lewis
    Praying we have Blackshear

    Anyone else?

    10 players return for 2020/2021?:

    Center:
    Gak SR
    Stokes JR
    Bassett SR
    Jitoboh SO
    Payne SO

    Power forward:
    Duruji SR
    Johnson JR

    Guard:
    Mann SO
    Glover SO
    Locke JR

Looks like the next recruiting class has atleast 3 slots and needs small fowards and guards.

    We like:
5 star SF Cade Cunningham Monteverde
5 star SG Jaden Springer from IMG.
5 star PF Scottie Barnes Ft Lauderdale
5 star SG Josh Christopher Calif.
5 star PG Jalen Suggs Minneapolis
    5 star PG Sharife Cooper
4 star SF Addison Patterson Phoenix
4 star SG Adam Miller Chicago
4 star PG Caleb Love St Louis
4 star PF Dain Danja Minnesota

Duruji would only be a JR in '20/21. He has 2 years of eligibility remaining as he sits out the 19/20 season.

I think one of Stokes, Gak, Bassett will be a likely transfer candidate too. Not much playing time for 4 or 5 guys at 1 spot.

Other than Gak and Jitoboh, it's possible that our other bigs can learn to play the 4 spot.

Hope we get two years of him!
With his NCAA leading vertical jump he may not chose to stay. If he develops during his sit out year and 1st year playing for UF he may go NBA.

If vertical leap was all that counted, James White would have been a lottery pick after his one year at UF and so would Keyontae. Let’s hope the kid is really good, but the vertical leap is a relatively small factor.

That's why I said if he develops over the next 2 years. I don't expect him to be a lottery pick.

I love the verticals that Johnson 41.5 inch and Duruji 46.5 inch have. They can get down the floor faster than the taller big men they face yet can still play above the rim and shoot the three better than many big men.

Just like you can't teach height you can't teach a vertical jump like Michael Jordan and Duruji have. Duruji does not have the speed/ skills of a Jordan but two years of development will make him attractive to a NBA that can develop him further.

Problem with a vertical is that it does not equally replace height. It takes a shorter guy with a longer vert longer to reach his peak reach than a taller guy. The taller guy is always that tall. The leaper has to get that tall.

I am guessing that Duruji's vertical leap is somewhat exaggerated. Otherwise, it would put him above Zion Williamson and among the top 5 or so in the history of basketball.

In this new day of the portal, I don't think you can assume anyone will be back other than those not projected to go in the draft or those that started most games. Otherwise most players are looking to find somewhere they can start ASAP. What we saw this year is not getting any better any time soon.

So true once they are under the net. But the tall guys may take longer to run the court to get to that point and may not be as good dribbling the ball.

Don’t tell Tampa that. The guy shouldn’t have even made varsity!

Most McDonald All Americans are thinking one and done now. If play lives up to billing that first year, they are gone a a first round pick based on potential

Don’t forget Scottie’s vertical too. The good thing is all our leapers can actually play. Each with his own strength. Would love to see them play together, but with one sitting out it would have to be at practice. Imagine either two of those 3 on the wing running the break.
