I remember Pat Sullivan to Terry Beasley. Great great combo!

Prayers go out to his family....
Auburn beating Bama was a great "going away" present.

He played at the same time John Reaves was at UF. They were called the "Super Sophs".

I thought the Super Sophs were Reaves and Alvarez.

You are right. I was referring to a headline in the local newspaper the week UF played Auburn and they were comparing Reaves and Sullivan. I live in Alabama.

Very sad...I lived in Auburn in 1969-70 (Dad in grad school there) and was very excited when my favorite team, the Atlanta Falcons, drafted him after the 1971 season. He didn't make much impact in the pro's though. Although he was a great college QB, he was a bit like Danny Weurffel and just didn't have the arm talent for the NFL game.
