Don’t waste your time being informed. We get it. You don’t care. You said so in post 17. Just know that the outrages you are willing to ignore to support an anti-immigrant President who sees good people marching with Nazis are the reason we blame people like you for the creeping authoritarianism in this country. And while we will call this out any chance we can.

You didn’t even watch what she posted. Maddow reported from direct information. You choose to willfully blind yourself; your post is factually inaccurate.

Nope I chose not to listen to the lies she spews nightly. Take what you on the left think of Hannity multiply it X10 and that is the credibility I give Ms Maddow.

It would seem that there are no real facts in this bizarro world formented by the Trump cult. The only fact is that blind loyalty is all that matters. The koolaid must be good.

Shocked that the senate is sitting on their hands.

Recently read that pub party created a blacklist of consultants and election operatives who work for anyone challenging sitting pub senator. It seems that whoever is controlling the pub party is doing so through controlling the consulting resources available to anyone who doesnt stay in line.

There is a reason that Trump came down the escalator 5 years ago and the first word out of his mouth was about Mexican criminals. And then started talking about Muslim bans. And, after election, “good people on both sides.” And the wall. And he stole money for the wall from other defense programs. This is how tor corruption of Demagogues is always excused. Everywhere. This election is a referendum on the type of country we are going to have. The Confederacy will vote for Trump. Between voter suppression, he “os their voice.” But, we have to try to save our nation. We can plainly see what the “deep state” is. It is the people I’m Government who would stand against this behavior. This is the new normal. See the way the Trump supporters respond to this. They don’t come near the thread. Except one poster who attacks the reporter. Blame the messenger for delivering the message. Btw: easy accessible. Only needed access to the pardon sponsors, knowledge of who they are, and the donation list.

This is not the GOP you belonged to. The Democrats are not the same either. But, not in the sense of a abandoning democratic values. Mulvaney even said they the GOO only cares about deficits when a Dem is in office.

I think I would consider pardoning this guy.

Upon his release from prison in 1993, Milken founded the Prostate Cancer Foundation for prostate cancer research, which by 2010 was "the largest philanthropic source of funds for research into prostate cancer".[44] Milken himself was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in the same month he was released.[45] His cancer is currently in remission. The Prostate Cancer Foundation works closely with Major League Baseball through its Home Run Challenge program to promote awareness of prostate cancer and raise money for medical research. Each season in the weeks leading up to Father's Day, Milken visits many ballparks and appears on TV and radio broadcasts during the games.

In 2003, Milken launched a Washington, D.C.-based think tank called FasterCures, which seeks greater efficiency in researching all serious diseases. Key initiatives of FasterCures are TRAIN, Partnering for Cures and the Philanthropy Advisory Service.[45]

Fortune magazine called Milken "The Man Who Changed Medicine" in a 2004 cover story on his philanthropy.[10]

In September 2012, Milken and the director of the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Francis Collins, jointly hosted 1,000 senior medical scientists, patients, activists, philanthropists, regulators, and members of Congress at a three-day conference[46] to demonstrate the return on investment in medical research.

On March 11, 2014, President Steven Knapp of George Washington University in Washington, D.C. announced the university was renaming its public health school after Milken as a result of a total of $80 million in gifts, $50 million from the Milken Institute and the Milken Family Foundation and $30 million gift from Viacom chairman Sumner Redstone. These gifts are designated to research and scholarship on public health issues.[47]

Especially if he was a big supporter and his partner raised $10 million for your campaign. And played gold with you. What did his victims have to say? Why did Trump bypass the pardon procedures used for everyone else? You don’t erase the kind of crimes Millikan committed by philanthropy.

It's more of the same. Most president's have some rather egregiously paid for pardons. You need to complain when both sides do it instead of only when the other side does it.
