Interesting -- Interference called on the field is not reviewable but interference not called is reviewable if the ball remains live.

I like the removal of the restriction on showing the play under review on the Jumbotron.

And why oh why no safety bag? Unless I missed that change, it sure seems like a no-brainer that protects the players and has no downside.

 

It mentioned it in the top blurb, but never again.

Unless I misread it, they are going to the safety bag, finally. The biggest no-brainer in sports as far as I'm concerned. I guess I'll have to reread the obstruction rule as I don't see a difference from last year. Last year also included, to my knowledge, that the umps are to ignore obstruction if the runner is clearly out. They never did that 99% of the time. Lastly, as to popups, I have never gotten one. I don't know why. If I were to use my local 1 gig fiber, it is from a rather small North Georgia Blue Ridge mountain town electric company so, perhaps, that isn't a target. But I use a VPN (Nord) virtually 100% of the time and possibly that's why I don't get popups. Nord is the fastest VPN I've ever used. I get about 950 on my local fiber but I can get 900-910 with Nord and never did that before on any other VPN. Your mileage may vary. I have to drop the VPN to use YouTube tv all of the time and, most of the time, to use Watch ESPN links. As for the browser, I'm not sure that matters but for what it is worth, I use Brave, which is rated as one of the most secure browsers available.

 

I don't get the pop either. My provider is WOW! and my browser is Safari. It must be the small time provider (WOW!) that is not a target.
