Let's talk about that after this season. I'd assumed center is for Townsen.

 

The thing is though I'd argue that these bats now are more juiced than what they deemed illegal then. That's an arguement that I think warrants credit with the way the game is now.... why don't we jsut cool the bats off some. The girls are so strong now... don't need extra hot bats to hit homers. Would bring pitching back in the game some.

 

And who replaces the wedgie leader Brooke?

 

My guess is Kylie or Gabi.

 

I agree about Townsen, CTW red shorted her for a reason. I think he was looking to the future.

 

Next year’s staff should be Keagan, Ava, Red, Liv and Leah Stevens. I think we should go to the portal and get at least one more experienced arm. I don’t have a clue as to what Stephanie and CTW are looking for.

 

All you need to know about OU and their fans is their radio guy Chris Plank thinks Jayda Colemen will go down as the best center fielder of all time...... AFTER what he saw Kendra Falby do this weekend. Jayda was good no doubt.... Haylie McCleny and Aliyah Andrews were better than her. And I belive Kendra Falby is right there.

 

Kendra is in the top five and IMHO, she is the best.

 

Her range is insane.

 

Kendra has something Coleman doesn’t. A Gold Glove.

 

O&B - I far from disrespected Schutte! The bat she used then was legal. There were also a lot more HR's hit back then which is why they changed the weight to size ratio about 8 years ago. If you check college Baseball, they did the same for the same reasons. I remember one CWS the score was some insane 22 to 20 game (or there abouts). The players now are better all round athletes , better conditioned and better trained. Schutte was super and I will always think she would have broken every HR record if that throw to first had not broken her jaw and basically ended her career that night.

Hate to be the one with bad news but there is a potential for plenty of rain every day in Athens through the weekend. Doesn't look like at this point it will be a complete washout but the schedule is likely to take a beating.
