Interesting. While Royalty wasn't a lock down type of pitcher, she was at least competent. Her career is apparently over with injury and McKenna Reid is injured for them (extent unknown) and hasn't pitched in weeks. And they are headed to Norman. I could cry tears for them but, ignoring that I don't ever want anyone injured, I think I'll laugh instead.
Can't stand the Sooners, but they will be my 2nd favorite team this weekend. Hope the Noles get run-ruled out of town.
SXM click bait? Without doing that, and listening to the interview, I'd guess CTW didn't use the term spoiled. Or at least in the terms the opening sentence infers. Notice it's not in the quote?
Just an FYI Defending State 6A champs, Bartow, led by Gator signee Kaitlyn "Red" Oxley" lost in the title game tonight to Pace 2-0. Oxley struck out 15, but was beaten by Pace pitcher Jayden Heavener, an LSU signee, who struck out 16 and also hit a 2-run HR in the 3rd inning.
What the heck happened to the poodles at UCLA? I picked them to upset UCLA with their better offensive stats. I think the poodles scored 1 run in their sweep loss. LSU impressively stomped a mudhole out of Stanford. I din't think LSU could win at Stanford, but they are about to prove me wrong. The tiggers overpowered Stanford's best pitcher so the cardinal is on life support today. Texas A&M, well, what can you say except Go Aggies! Asst. coaches from aTm and UTex almost came to blows with both being ejected from the game. Great game to watch! Looking for more of the same today. I had never realized just how obnoxious Texas fans are as they remind me of LSU fans. They are a great fit in the SEC.
I think that is the same coach who got kicked out of a game at KSP, tried to remain in the dugout until the fans started yelling at Blue, then was inexplicably walked by Blue to the RIGHT FIELD foul post gate, and then had to walk the length of the outfield concourse, only to get into a argument with a fan on the way. Luckily, UFP met him about at the scoreboard and helped him make the rest of the walk of shame without incident.
What a great game and series for the Super Regional Champs!!! So much grit and determination. OKC here we come. Tim Walton is a GREAT Gator Coach. Sooo lucky to have him leading this group of amazing young women!
