I think he has goals of hardware at this level before he would consider jumping to the next level.
CDM came to UF to win championships. No way he leaves before that.
How is Andy Staples involved? This was sourced from a Bruce Feldman appearance on the Rich Eisen show talking about the Cowboys coaching situation.
Lazy Twitter reporting by a secondhand recruiting site.
Delete this thread please.
These are not the droids you're looking for......
just part of the disinformation campaign by our rivals as recruiting season heats up. CDM isn't going anywhere
Just the first few lines will suffice....
I don’t negotiate with terrorists
Not only does Mullen have goals of "hardware" at this level....
He's gonna keep doing it, at this level, at the University he loves...
And...That, my friends....
Is with the Florida Gators....for many years to come!!
Thank you, Coach Mullen!!
And so it begins.....
NFL analyst thinks Dan Mullen could end up coaching an NFL team next year
And, of course, Bruce Feldman is a scUM alum.
Just stop. One thread is enough. Delete this garbage.
UF doesnt have Jerra type money. If Mullen wanted the payday then that's the one. Why would JJ want Mullen though? I like Mullen he fits here, but wouldn't Lincoln Riley be the guy if you're JJ?
Even though I don't care for rumors like this it unfortunately does not violate any of our posting rules. The OP cited a credible link in his post, so this topic is out there and people are talking about it.
My advice is to just take stuff like this with a grain of salt.
I could totally see Dan intrigued by the NFL - AFTER he’s won 2-3 championships at UF.
Someone making way too much over the relationship with Dak.
CDM seems like a really smart guy- who looks before he leaps.
He was at State for 9 year- 9 YEARS- before he left.
And when he left, it was to work for an AD with whom he previously worked.
So someone thinks Mullen is going to leave after 2 years to work for Jerry Jones?
That makes zero sense, on so many levels.
Lincoln Riley makes much more sense.
This isn't even a rumor... It's one guy (that no one had ever heard of until this came out) who connected some dots, came up with a guess and told another guy (that is about as useless of a cfb reporter out there) who repeated it on a radio show where they have to fill 4 hours a day of airtime.
Yep, Coach Mullen's all in kirby's head now. Reminds me of Spurrier (but without the wins...yet)
It's good people want your coach, when followed by statement from coach and UF about contract length, commitment and path to championships.
