The only complaint I have is that the refs are GARBAGE.
Payne with 8 pts and 6 boards
Best half of the season taking everything into account
Gators with a 26-15 edge on the boards
Looks good the first half. I’ll say it again only true physical presence we have.
This is sort of the opposite of Florida-LSU football. I think KJ, Scottie, and Colin are all competitors and we miss them but for weird spurts in sports, guys who are desperate to play and prove something provide a different energy.
But he’s also having a bad night. We’ve gone through a half and no drooling over Duke
We've confused Tennessee on defense because they have no scouting on these guys! Look at the balanced scoring.... 8,6,6,5,5,4,2,2. I think they were only scouting Samson off the bench.
If only Payne played like this every time
Until they do he needs to play in spots. Hard to discount his size and space he eats. Isn’t it nice to see someone bounce off our guy instead of the other way around? saw something about someone saying our guys are too short....6”11 sitting on bench.
Most aggressive, loose (in a good way), and free playing half of the year. Keep it going boys!!! Almost like MW said we just have our best players out so let's give max effort and play everyone to keep'em fresh and give our best shot. Gators are responding!!
Tennessee 9-32 helps with the board advantage
There’s a whole shorty thread
Appleby with 6 pts and 4 assists
Need a few calls. Like to see a few calls go our way. Keep Trey and Duruji clean and not getting that Third foul until the nine or 10 minute mark and we are in good shape.
Just hope Bailey stays cold 1-10 so far and Payne keeps hustling and stays out of foul trouble.
He'll double that in the 2nd half.......despite the freaking zebra bias......
Ut going to come out and pound it inside so we have to play tough
Refs did their best to make UT get keep it close but what a great run to close out the half. Loving the energy from these guys.
Driving with a purpose tonight. Dribbling to get his guy off balance and then going instead of just dribbling to dribble.
