Nice finish. Would have loved to see 40 minutes of that kind of effort.

 

I mean my goodness...now THAT was fun to watch...I wasn't mad at the end. Why can't we play like that all the time?

Neither is accurate and when this team needed to dig deep for each other they did so!!

This team can continue to grow and improve as the year goes on.

MW has to find a way to keep pace of play up for 40 minutes. First 12 minutes and last 5 minutes were great at the faster pace. The middle 23 minutes were slow and lethargic. It’s on him to play to the team’s strength. Good win, good grit from the players. Love how the guys that got some more minutes than usual played.

 

We gonna keep Coach for a few more days?

 

Impressive ending to snatch a victory from what appeared to be a sure loss. We have to get back to running a faster tempo to get easy baskets because we struggle too much with half court offense. Can’t rely on endings like we had tonight.

No Lewis and no KJ, our two best players, and still win.

This team has some real issues on D. They are not what Coach Mikey calls "connected". That means that they don't go through the series of rotations that you need to do when playing man to man. Most of the time they don't even make the first defensive rotation.

I know that White knows how to coach this because he has had teams that could do it in previous years.

 

Happy for the team but struggling to see any hope for the team doing anything of substance

Good for Colin, he deserves these types of performances and might be up for another SEC player of the week award.
Good team win, not good for my blood pressure at all but hey I’m glad they found a way to win. Think Mike needs to seriously reassess his 2-foul rule moving forward, that’s the only reason Ole Miss was still in this one.

 

I agree...once Mann sat with 2 the whole game changed in favor of Ole Miss and they were fortunate to get that last run to pull it out.

Was a hell of a finish. Definitely a much needed win. Some really gutsy performances tonight.
