Welp, this thread was a fun, bi-polar read.

What an amazing turnaround in the second half. And some of the worst officiating, towards both teams, I have ever seen.

Kugel with some bad body language. He was just god awful

 

His defense just isn't there. Smart call by Golden to realize defense is what was going to get us back into the game. FSU was way too comfortable on offense in the first half. Bring in Reeves, Felder, JJ and Kugel in the second wave and keep Loften on the floor.

 

Kudos to Bonham for igniting the comeback.

I don’t recall Kugel playing in the second half, either. I do wonder what triggered the two point guard lineup in the second half. Maybe just getting into our offense more quickly? Sure as heck worked.

 

I never "see" Richard in the game but the box score shows him with 13 points & 6 boards.

 

Credit Golden for starting Bonham in the second half. I posted about be curious who would come out of the locker room. That was a good move.

 

That’s one thing the staff loves about him. Very high rebound rate for a small guy.

 

He was jacking up contested 3s every time he touched the ball. Made one but missed a couple others.
