yes after watching the full game just now I thought overall they were pretty fair. Maybe they weren't SEC refs after all

 

Yea no conference affiliated refs in basketball but there are refs that can be influenced for sure.

 

I know early polls and projections are essentially worthless, but Lunardi has us up to a 6 seed in Bracketology.

Great points. Our ball movement was good, our turnovers were low, when the 3’s weren’t falling we went to the basket, when we went to the basket we got fouled and went 27-33. Ultimately we scored 98 points without doing much damage from outside. I’ll take it all day every day.

 

Yea, we probably got the better calls all night which put them in the bonus with i think 14 minutes left in the 2nd half.
They were 13-27 from downtown and we went 5-25, we shot pretty bad behind the arc. most were good looks too, just wasn't falling.
pretty impressive to dig that out from down 13 and take over the game - defense turned it up for sure.

I like the rotation for sure, lots of size, physicality, athleticism and we move the ball around nicely.

 

I disagree. We are already really good. We may not be elite yet, but we are certainly at least very good. You don't hang 98 points on a decent USF team while not playing your best basketball if you aren't very good.

 

Yeah, it's almost scary what we could have scored if we'd shot the 3-ball well.
Lots of easy 2nd-half buckets came off defense. That's what got CTG so jacked when Haugh went skidding across the floor. Effort, baby. It was a Patric Young moment.
