Crazy none of this series as big a rivalry as it ishas been on TV. Northwestern and Wisconsin was supposed to be on espn2 at 11 but played a dh yesterday. Maybe espn will pick this game up like the did with they game against ULL earlier. Need to get the sweep today.

Yes-at first they said Falby singled-then changed it to she struck out

 

The out of the box call on Falby was huge, totally changed the inning. Would have been first and third, no outs with Echols up.

 

She was out of the box when she hit it and it was called a strike.

 

Falby does that a lot, but doesn't get called for it. I think their coach asked the ump to look for it. Sometimes Kendra just needs to stand still and be a hitter.

 

I almost put those calls in same category as illegal pitches. Could really be called on every slapper out there but rarely enforced, then when it is it’s a big deal.

I didn't see a replay, but assume it was the correct call. Would seem to be hard for a lefty to hit a line drive to left on an outside pitch if ur out of the box tho.
