Just from the radio description - it sounded like Goddard tried to steal 2nd, but went into second awkwardly and went down, pounding the dirt in anger, and helped off the field. I think a reinjury is suspected.

 

I never expected great stuff from Bender. Wasn’t she way down the depth chart at TN? And the other girl is a true freshman. It definitely shows we need Lexie back soon.

 

That is sad. I feel for her after being out all of last year with her injury.

 

Maybe the lady recruited those also…. Anyway not close to being real good right now… sorry but the coaches name has escaped my head

 

Yeah, Bender is a free arm.....no one that follows things expected anything of any signifigance from her. Gigante obviously isn't ready just yet, but I think she will be fine as she adjusts and gains experience.....would be a solid 4th arm when Delbrey returns

Yes, she is a great coach.

 

What was her injury last year? same leg?

 

Believe it was acl. I'm sure she is braced up, so hopefully just a strain but worrisome
