It's literally everywhere in CBK. If we fired every HC who had this problem over a span of time, every HC would be gone. Even Billy had this problem when he was taking teams to E8 and F4's.

A smart coach would have noticed that and called that play.

I thought the game was called fairly well. Sure, there were a few bad calls on both ends, but the refs were not responsible for our loss. You sound like a UK fan RN.

Yes he did, but he still had offenses that went through droughts that cost him Final 4 games (UCONN: we were up like 15 points), Elite Eight games (Butler, Louisville), SEC Tourney Finals (Ole Miss). So, i'm not sure where we look for the droughtless or drought-proof offense.

We had more FT attempts and 15-15 for calls - I don't think the refs had anything to do with our loss.

I was at several of those games.
Versus UConn, Florida was up 16-4.
It was 16-15 when Billy decided to call. Time out.

    Fire Billy!

My take? Locke did not have a game that meant we would/could win. Everyone else was about standard.

Face the facts, if we hit our shots we win and when we don't then we won't.

Until further notice, we should get into the tourney and win some games or we can go out BIG in the first round. It is what it is.

We tried to isolate him, he traveled or settled for a 3. Or drove baseline and turned it over. Interesting enough he made plays from all 3 of those spots in the first half, but UK played him much better in the 2nd especially Montgomery.

Sorry, but the refs did not cost us this game. Uk only had a +1 on free throws, which is a miracle at Rupp. However, the cats shot 10/10 and we were 9/14, missing a few front ends on the +1.

White would have waited until we were down 10. An 8-10 point run is reasonable. White often waits until it’s like a 20-4 run

I saw Rick Barnes do that today. Let Auburn go on an 18-0 run and the only TO was the TV timeout.

Are you really that obtuse that you think that UK had home cooking with the refs? I mean, C'mon man, maybe you should go back to the football board.
UK had only a +1 advantage on fouls. This is practically unheard of at Rupp. Bless your heart, you must be new to this whole basketball thing. You are adorable!
