Looking to buy a couple of football tickets for next year for the first time.
When you purchase, I know their is an additional "donation" attached - is this a fee for Gator Boosters? In other words, when I purchase, am I also joining Gator Boosters? Or do I have to do that separately?

    Thanks!

No separate membership is required. You will be welcomed as a new Gator Booster. Your contact information will not be lost.

Gator Booster fees are separate if you want to join.

The donations that go together with season ticket purchases are just "booster contributions"... except if you don't give one, you won't get season tickets. And, your general seating location is limited by your donation level. Ticket costs are also in addition to the "booster contribution." Funny thing is, you don't get a tax deduction for your donation/contribution anymore, ostensibly because you are getting preferred/reserved seating for it.

If you're just looking to buy single game tickets, there are no donation/booster fees involved.

The level of giving depends on where you sit..been a season ticket holder/ booster since 1985...I think there could be a few areas that are not booster areas..not sure

Believe all season tix now require some level of per seat booster fees. The amount depends on location.

You don’t have to pay money to the boosters if you get tickets outside the stadium.

If you buy thru the UAA ticket master link the the seat fee is cranked into the price. Agree with outside the stadium. All tickets in 2021 and moving forward are electronic tickets

Some of the information above is incorrect. The best place to get the information about season tickets is this page at FloridaGators.com. There is a map showing the stadium and the required booster contribution for each section. If you are a recent grad you can get tickets for 1 $50 contribution and pay $175 per seat. I am too lazy to investigate what makes one a recent graduate as I am pretty sure 1970 doesn't qualify. Regular folks can get into the system for a contribution as low as $150 plus the $380 for each seat purchased. See the map at the above link or below for details.

You don't have to pay a donation if you buy individual single-game tickets anywhere. But, nobody scalps tickets outside the stadium anymore; it's all online. I guess you could buy at the ticket office if it's not sold out.

Many people tack their booster fee on to the price of the ticket
Lowest booster fee is $150 per seat
