I like it. Especially on mobile, makes a huge difference.
I absolutely hate it.........and when I can come up with a reason why, I'll let ya know. I just know that I can't like it because it's new.
Over 40% of our traffic is now mobile so it's one of the reasons we've upgraded to this. I no longer use Tapatalk, that's how much better I like the new format on my phone.
not getting the name of the most recent poster, used to be on the right edge and only getting how many posts I have made on the thread I am viewing, no info when I hover over the avatar, if I click it the link to the person's profile pops up is that what you intended/expected?
On tablet and mobile views, it's a more basic view with less data. Hovering over avatars on those devices don't do anything due to the nature of their software.
I would like the new format much better if it looked just like the old one. Not that I'm reluctant to change or anything.
Sorry Ray....I already started a thread in a different forum. Probably my college education failing me.
Now how do I make that second sentence green so everyone knows I'm being sarcastic?
Also....what is the default font color....looks like gray to me......thanks!
Is that what you looked like when you saw the new style?
Just trying to see how easy it is to post gif’s off my phone...
Also....is there a menu button for posting a tweet? Thanks!
I turned off color selection because it was being abused and the forums looked like Christmas at one point lol. There are ways around it though if you engage in a little detective work. ; )
The default color is off-black, so to speak.
To do this, you click the graphic button (looks like a mountain) and paste the URL to the actual graphic in the box (usually you'd copy the image URL). Not all images will allow you to link to them (copyright protection, usually).
Just copy the URL of the Tweet and paste into the message! Easy.
does the reduced information format also include laptops?
Hey Ray! You didn't tell me that YOU could see ME from your end!! I feel violated man!
Not usually, but if your screen/resolution is small, it will show the reduced format. It's called responsive layout, meaning it will automatically layout based on the size of your browser window.
OK thanks....will have to come up with something much easier than typing code in every time....
Oh mercy you figured it out :/ ; )
I like it, only feedback is that it doesnt feel like gator country, the old color scheme kind of made it unique.
