It looks like big time NeverTrumper and SC Rep political fixture Mark Sanford is going to lose his primary regardless of all the late money received from the establishment.

He was a big one like Corker etc. So now with the forced retirements due to having no chance to win (Flake and Corker) and McCain's coming resignation it looks like Mitt Romney may be pretty lonely in the NeverTrumper caucus in Congress after the midterms.

That you think he's a cancer is proof positive of the validity of my first comment.

Good. Independents and free thinkers can take a long hard look at what the Republican Party stands for.

Soon it will stand for the working man and woman instead of corporate interests mostly. I hope quite a few of them do anyway.

No you will get a bunch of submissive yes men, That is what the republican party has become and you welcome it, it is what trump wants and why he loves his dictators. He envies their power.

Look no further than the tax cuts. Bread crumbs for working folk, trillions for corporations and wealthy elite.

You are being played by showmanship, despite its obvious artifice.

Nope that got the ball rolling on business expansion.

Those guys mostly hate Trump because he is reigning in immigration some and pushing back on these trade deals that were made to benefit them mostly at US workers expense.

Most of it artifice. That "biz expansion" you say was already going well before he took office and while cuts might have had a positive effect it's small, ntm it takes willfully ignoring the trillions added to the debt while touting such a small effect. His claims about NAFTA, for example are largely exaggerated or distorted to the point of being outright lies, and his reigning in immigration is showing itself to be a moral abomination.
