LOL there was a lot of that $15/oz mexican ragweed back then. If you smoked enough you could get a headache, but not stoned. Suburban MPLS was at the end of the supply chain, so they got the leftovers. I couldn't even get a contact high it was so weak. Cheech and Chong would have disapproved.

I was told it would be built and paid for by Mexico? I must have missed something, whatever happened with that?

I'm certain we had 90+ at our toga parties (3 rm apt) in the late 80s and our friend's Hawaiian luau (3 rm house). I don't think we ever had 90 folks in the domiciles at any one point, though. There was a good amt of spill out to the yard for those events. Make no mistake, though - we raged in pure Gator style.

Looks like human smuggling. Getting folks across the border and into the US. I'm told the going rate is $6K per person.
Human smuggling equals grave danger, big money

This post is a blatant falsehood.

Biden administration announces new operation to crack down on human smuggling - CNN Politics

"We will identify the smugglers and their associates and employ a series of targeted actions and sanctions against them. We will have a broad approach and a strong one. It will include every authority in our arsenal," Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters. That includes revocation of travel documents, suspension and debarment of trade entities, and freezing of banking and other financial assets tied to the networks
