- For the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, Claims recovery service income included $10.6 million, $11.5 million, and $13.1 million, respectively
- December 31, 2022, the Company had unrestricted cash and cash equivalents totaling $3.7 million.

- The restated balance sheets and P/Ls starting on about page 88 show order of magnitude changes. Previous filings were admitted by LIFW to not be "reliable." That is code for wrong - in a signed federal filing...
- Total revenue for 2022 was $23.4 million. Operating loss 2022 was $331 million. Net loss was $402 million

The best part of this? The 10K also cites LifeWallet sports being developed:

Sounds like arranging deck chairs on the Titanic, but a better analogy may be the crew of the Titanic announcing fishing opportunities for passengers. How do officers in a public company justify spending resources on NIL in a company dedicated to medical claims recovery when there are red flags everywhere? Stunned to not see a shareholder class action.... yet.

Sorry to divert from strictly recruiting but since Ruiz has been so active for UM (and against UF), thought the depth of LIFW issues worth touching upon.
