Guys, this thread is to honor those who died in service to our country. Please honor them by keeping the thread about them and their sacrifice.
Today is a day set aside for Americans to remember and honor US military personnel who have died in the service of our country. Historians estimate that nearly 1.2 million have given their lives for us in America's 249-year history. It is worth noting that nearly half of those died in non-combat roles, reminding us that just serving asks our young men and women to risk their lives every day. Please take a silent moment today to think of all those individual sacrifices, as every one was its own story, along with their family members who also sacrificed their loved ones.
