I hate ND with a passion because of media bias and preferential treatment from NCAA, but no way in heck was I pulling for FSU.

 

I was pulling for FSU to win, but look horrible doing it. One less playoff team helps the Gators. We play FSU, we don’t play ND. Just simple logic to me.

I stopped pulling for one team or against another because in might help the Gators decades ago. If we don't get in because of our record, then we don't deserve it. I would pull for Iran if they were playing f$u.

 

I’m not losing any sleep over it. Just good to root for something even if it’s only to see a train wreck.

 

For me, rooting for FSU is like rooting for Georgia or Miami. They can never lose enough games or by too many points.

 

Wrong. He's as far from arrogant as anybody I've ever met, my daughter went to UCF with him and I've had conversations with him personally when he was in the sports radio studios for interviews while I worked at iHeart Radio in Orlando. Humble, kind, and a strong follower of Jesus...making comments about beating UF is normal and expected from a young competitive athlete and making ridiculous character judgements based on that is ignorant.

 

Frank Gore played for 16 seasons in the NFL and doesn't want to quit. I didn't think he'd walk again, too. We can admire someone's talent but don't need to cheer them as a nole and that's meant only for Milton.
