Didn't see anything about this posted here. It makes no sense to me - seems like he has the skills the NFL wants. Is it a statement that he's not going to get drafted?

He'll make it on a team... but not even being invited to the combine is pure disrespect.

Did he not get invited to the senior bowl? Or did he turn it down?

He could have used it to boost he stock like Pierce.
Without the combine, he will need to ball out on his pro day.
Likely a late Rd or udfa.

Saw this reported by Olsen on LOG. Other RB's who did little apparently were invited. Odd. Idk.

NFL running backs have short careers - especially smaller ones. Several injuries. Questionable blocker. Decent elusiveness in college but little yard after contact. Best attribute is hands out of the backfield. Hope for the best for him and think he can make a roster, but not surprised.

He is a slot receiver in the NFL. He won't make it as a RB.

There will be teams at the Gator pro day Injury and fumbling problems during career. Remember he lost the away game at TAM due to his late game fumble. Don’t see him making a NFL roster unless he excels on special teams. Teams will need to see him as sure hands down return punts, cover and tackle well in punt coverage, …

He was never the same after his injury and/or didn't get used properly to show his abilities.

Sounds like he should transition to receiver.

I don’t see how the NFL Scouts could evaluate any UF running back this year, based on how CDM used them.

Wish Malik all the luck in the world, he toughed it out over two injuries. That takes a lot of toughness.

I thought this when he was injured early in his career. Great hands, seems to run good routes. Just not big enough to stone D lineman/linebackers of NFL size blocking or take the hits an NFL back must take (and all but the most rugged backs have average careers of less than 3 years). Seems like he could be a really good slot receiver. Hope he finds a spot.

He did not lose that game. The defense lost it by not being able to make a stop the whole game.

Not invited to the Senior bowl, not invited to the combine. He will be facing a steep climb just to make it onto a practice squad as an udfa.

Hope he earned his diploma, maybe coaching if the NFL doesn't work out.
