A match this team VERY much needs....at home vs a decent but not great opponent. If this team is going to put anything together it needs to start asap Doubles very tight. UF wins on court 1 6-4 (Nate played well), UF loses on court 2 4-6. It's tied at 5-5 on court 2 UF coverage abysmal as usual. One camera for doubles, and some genius decided UF should wear black shirt and shorts vs an opponent wearing black shirt and shorts
UF holds on court 2.....down 30-40 leading 6-5 and UF wins two points for the break and the doubles point. Once the court1 match concluded UF quit streaming so no idea how the game actually played out on the court 2. Ridiculous
All first sets complete Gensan loses badly on 1 Lin and Kim win tight sets at 2 and 3 Nate cruises at 4 Nirundorn and Jefferson win tight sets at 5 and 6 Nothing very inspirational, but they are closing out the sets
Kim, Jin, Nate, Nirundorn all win in straight sets Ganesan comes back to win the second set, and leads 5-1 in super tiebreak. Proceeds to be a freshman and sprays a bunch of enforced errors. Has match points leading 9-7 then loses 4 straight and the match. Talented kid, but long way to go with consistency and match toughness. Jefferson lost his second set, just broke to even his third set at 3-3 5-1 UF
Jefferson closed his 3rd set 6-4 UF wins 6-1, the lone loss a 3rd set super TB 11-9. Baby steps but positive momentum
