Post-Ole Miss 2008 Florida. I'm not saying they are similar at all, just that this LSU team reminds me of those unstoppable Tebow teams. Every game this year, everyone thinks they are the ones to stop Burrow. Reminds me of all the crap I heard in 2008, from Kentucky to LSU to Alabama to Oklahoma, every team thinking they would be the ones to stop Tebow. After that Ole Miss loss, Mullen really turned the offense loose, and I never doubted we would win out. OK, so Bradford and OU played us close, but as confident as I was in Tebow, that's how confident I am that LSU will annihilate whoever they get in the final game.

We played LSU much better than Oklahoma did this year without our starting DEs. We were winning in the 3rd quarter

    Big 12 has no D.

I have no problem proclaiming this the best SEC offense ever. The numbers are just ridiculous.

Burrow dropping dimes at a pace and consistency I haven't seen. Ball placement is astounding.

We scored 24 against Oklahoma that year, they just put up 49 in the first half, and none of it was off of turnovers.
They are the best offense this conference has produced, kind of hard to argue otherwise.

Is it really unstoppable? Maybe it’s Burrow and some weaker DB play? Teams haven’t figured out how to defend it?

All we have to do is steal McDaniel from the New England Patriots... And emulate their off season regiment.

And that is all... drops the mic.

    Saints are over rated....

QB executing at the level he has makes any well-designed system basically unstoppable in CFB. Dude has been on fire from start to finish.

That said, LSU got their magical confluence of events this season. There'll be a noticeable drop off next year.

Good for the Tigers, Burtows, 7 TD’s passing and 1 rushing. I would call that very Heismanesque.

It reminds me of the early years of the Fun N' Gun where the opposing defenses where just like 'WTF?'

I feel sorry for LSU fans next year, this offense can’t be replicated and it will be a huge let down.

Like watching a video game. Unreal.

will be VERY hard to capture lightning in a bottle again next year without Burrow. He’s very good. Don’t think they another Burrow stashed on the bench.

That 95 cornhusker team is exactly who I thought of. Completely different style but so dominate in how they played.

Gotta give kudos to Burrow and LSU...this year....

Once Beavis is gone...it's gonna be a whole different story....after the "miracle boy" is gone, along with several other key players....LSU is gonna sink back to being "LSWho" :)

I mean Bama with a healthy Tua is right there with them. Heck without Tua they put up 40 on Auburn's defense.

And those Spurrier offenses in the 90s were a thing of beauty as well.
