Panic mode setting in. Kelly has an easy track to the playoffs every year. No way he goes to LSU.

He would be a fool. I don't think anything about him as a coach would lead to success in the SEC. This would be a terrible move for both him and LSU.

The coaching changes board over on Tiger Droppings is the best comedy around right now.

did they go to OneMain and take out $250m?

Notre Dame is a better job. Historically and presently. They've shown no inability to position as a CFP team, they're still in the hunt this year albeit needing several breaks. It's the most prestigious traditional job in the sport, not just college. They are batpoop crazy in Red Stick now.

It’s utterly delicious. LSU has almost pitiable delusions of grandeur. It’s exponentially more amusing with how utterly base and petulant posters on Tigerdroppings act.

I say, let them dream. It’s doubly better when they crash and burn.

Prediction: they won't ever have a coach that's in the position to know this from experience. If they want to hire from ND they should go after Marcus Freeman. Kelly ain't movin'

LSU is quickly rounding the corner from "shoot your shot" to "Madonna trying to dress sexy".

Imagine in 2002 if Foley had struck out with Stoops and Shanahan, and then instead of coming home with Zook (a reach on day 3, I'll grant), the next weekend had gone out and tried Mack Brown and Brian Billick. That's basically what LSU is going to turn into real quick here.

I don’t understand why these schools and administrations keep recycling these old over the hill coaches thinking they can recruit these inner city kids.

From Godliness to Filth all in one coaching lifetime?
That's a strange request for a Notre Dame man.
