Even though he is mentally disabled, he believes he knows more than everyone else, and his decisions are infallible. He is susceptible to people who tell him what he wants to hear, he fires experts who might question his decisions, leaving us with the inescapable conclusion that no one is in charge. Decisions appear to be randomly made, and it's not because Trump is playing 3D chess. He's playing poker (with America's future), but he's not playing with a full deck.
