The issues themselves are completely unrelated except that when Trump instructed Republican members how to vote on all three issues they fall in line. When Trump says "Jump!" their response id "How high, sir?". I would also add that the Donald and therefore Republicans in Congress has done a complete 180 on both the Epstein files (his AG was going to release them until she wasn't) and crypto (Trump called it a scam until he received large campaign contributions from crypto bros and until he, himself, could monetize it to the tune of billions of dollars).
