Good to see him doing Gator games on the radio with Mick.
Saw him play in the D league a couple times in Texas.
Looking forward to his insight and sharing some basketball knowledge this year.

One of my favorites. He seem to make it when we had to have it.

Great to have him back with the Gators. He was the assassin with the dagger when we needed it!

unfortunately a guy like Lee would probably never get recruited by White because he's not much of a fit for our stupid DDO scheme.

He was a better and more consistent outside shooter than anyone on the current roster.

He was a better and more consistent outside shooter than anyone in the history of our program. No need to single out this roster.

come on aka - Locke and Hump can both shoot from deep but you know Locke's got better measurables and was a more well rounded scorer and ballhandler coming out of HS. I'm very confident in saying that Lee wouldn't have gotten much of a look from this staff, he's not the type of player they prioritize in recruiting.

I don’t agree. I see them as having very similar skill sets, and projecting the same as prep players.
Both are rugged, fundamentally solid defenders, hard working players who can shoot the lights out. And, I believe, that was largely the perception for each in hs.
And even if that wasn’t the case for Noah coming out of hs..:. It certainly is his role now, and one that has remained important to the team. As for measurables... I think Locke was listed at 6’2 and Lee was 6’3. The former was a 4-star, the latter a three.
I do think a segment of our fans would have bitched at the recruitment of a lowly 3-star. But i honestly don’t think white would’ve been adverse. But who knows?
We are kinda arguing a meaningless hypothetical here, so I’ll bow out.

eh, I disagree, but you're right it's a meaningless argument - I'm not trying to be a jerk, we're all just frustrated with what's going on with this team.
