True, but if he's good enough to start at Auburn then that makes him good enough to at least play in Gainesville as a freshman in some capacity. Maybe kick/punt returner?

True. Butttt, you can't coach height and you can't coach speed. I have to admit I was enamored with him last year.

Well he might not look great at Auburn but who can name a recent WR that did? His film was great and he seemed to excel against high level competition in one of the showcase HS games. I thought we missed on a kid with a ton of potential but who knows.

Can Coach Heater work with players though an analyst? Don't know if it's on off field or on field position.

Did he start at Auburn? I didn't see any return stats from him. Would you say he is a similar player to kadarius? Or is he an outside guy?

He's faster than Kadarius, but does NOT have Toney's moves... Still plays the same position, I do believe.

So that would mean less plays for kadarius? I'm sure Schwartz does some nice things, not sure hes getting snaps in gville.

No, not really, what it means that we would have this thing called quality depth... :D;)

We will not have quality depth after next year at the WR position. Lot of kids graduating or that could leave early next year

Agree. Possibly. All depends on who all signs this year, and how last years guys turn out.

    Yep
    Keyvone to PSU
    McDaniel to Tennessee
    Eaton to UT
    Shaw to USCe

our staff BETTER hit on the few remaining blue chippers they seem to be targeting

I still say, "Let's see how our season pans out.
I am figuring that Da Gatas are going to be picking up some surprises as we get toward the end of December.
    As Fogghorn Legghorn would say,
"Fortunately, I keeps my feathers numbered for just such an emergency!"

I'll never understand why a Florida kid would want to go to Auburn, unless the cash is so much better, or the roster is way better for playing time.

I would not be shocked if money was part of it and I'm only saying that because I know it happens nationwide. But I can't understand why it seems like our staff is behind. Yes, we will finished with a top 15 class, perhaps top 10 but we are a long way from having it locked down compared to some other staffs and it's not like our staff is new to SEC or inexperienced. What's our process? Anyway....

That is a huge help to our depleted safety position. Getting Davis ready is key. Heater is a fine coach and would be a big upgrade (coaching, development and recruiting) to move him onto the field if English were to leave.

Putting these two criteria to Tennison though, he is OK speed wise, but if he is a RB, I don't think he stacks up to some others we could take, and at S his height could be a big liability in having to match up with a TE.

Does he have burst though? Which in my opinion is more important than top end. Burst equals first downs.
