What do you guys think about this kid?
I like him at both, but he's fun to watch at running back just a bit more. But will like him at SS too.
Get him signed as a Gator in whatever position he prefers and then go about the rest later. He's going to be a good one
Want him. Keep the Brevard County pipeline flowing.
I love how violently he plays defense.
Does he have a UF offer? Saw a report that he recently got a Climpson offer.
lol yes he does and we're one of his top schools. He'll be returning for an OV at some point in the future.
Smiling at the possible thought of his speed in Grantham's safety blitz packages
I believe he does punt returns in the video too. He's just an all around football player on the field. The kind of versatile athlete that our coaches like.. me likey too.
His hits on D remind me of a few Louis Oliver hits. On offense I'd like to see more variety in his runs and against other teams. He has good fundamentals to work with.
We need him at Safety IMHO
Defense is what he prefers.
That's an old school player there, will need to be well coached to avoid ejections. Hope it doesn't take away from his potential.
Yep that's why I brought up Louis Oliver and wondering about those ejections. Defensively the kid can flat out run through a guy when he gets him lined up.
A little vertically challenged at 5’9” for a safety but like the intensity. Might be great at the star.
Ahmad Black 2.0
Was about the same build too... works for me...
Ahmad Black is a former American football safety who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. He played college football for the University of Florida, and was a member of a BCS National Championship team. Black was drafted by the Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Wikipedia
Born: December 12, 1988 (age 30 years), Lakeland, FL
40 yard dash time: 4.7 seconds
Height: 5′ 9″
Parents: Bruce Black
Matt Elam was only 5'10 as well
Just eyeballing it - Tennison looks faster than Ahmad Black, hits harder too. My memory of Ahmad Black is him always being in the right place, always form tackling much bigger RBs.
