Not at all. But had you got your first shot, your ears cleaned, and drop dead two days later, would it be your ear cleaning?

Freedom of choice is just that, freedom. I truly don’t care what they want. Nor do I care about your opinion. I’m glad you got the shot. Congratulations now go get your donuts.

So freedom doesn't bring with it responsibility? I think it does. Freedom is not just selfish looking out for yourself. I honestly am shocked that we are debating this.

Of course freedom comes with responsibility. I have a responsibility to weigh the risks and rewards of a vaccine for me, my family, and our circumstances. Just because I arrived at a different decision than you did does not mean I’m a self absorbed jerk, as you have asserted. You don’t know me nor my circumstances, so you can spare me the moral indignation.

Realistically, the decision to get a vaccine is based in math. It’s not much of a “personal” decision if you are being rational about it. It’s math. Math doesn’t change based on feelings.

Even if one is in an age group where the disease might only have 1/1000 or 1/10,000 chance of killing you, the odds of a vaccine killing you are more like 1/1,000,000 or less. For elderly populations where the death rate is 1/100 or worse, choosing the vaccine is a no brainer even compared to the already recommended flu shot. This is why 76% of seniors over 65 have already been vaccinated. The math should be pretty easy on this one for just about everyone though, given all the havoc it has caused.

You need it explained to you?

How does giving a Krispy Crème donut to people for a year have anything to do with who may or may not have been a carrier of Covid?

Lol, so have you read any of the thread or just the headline of the first post. Threads evolve.
