This guy is like Egbunu, but thicker. Shaq "lite." Seems strange that he would transfer, but maybe he just wants new digs for a year before playing professionally.

I saw Cockburn play in Tampa when he was a senior in high school. He was a more advanced player than Jitoboh, but he was just as heavy and overweight. I didn’t expect him to succeed in college. To his credit and the Illinois program’s credit, he has turned into a physical monster and dramatically transformed his body. If he comes back to college, my guess is that he ends up at Kentucky.

Coach White is not known for developing bigs. If coming back to Florida, would have to think FSU. Following coaches that recruited him to KY seems logical. Portal makes things interesting. Kids can leave after coaching changes they don’t like

With Castleton back, seems unlikely. They both play the same position - without much flexibility (pretty much inside the paint players all the way), both would pretty much expect to start at this stage in their career.

It would be nice of course to have that depth. But rarely do players like this transfer in to “provide depth” even in a 50/50 split. It would alienate someone.

He'd make a heck of a tight end.
