Unless she decides to run for the Senate she's almost a sure lock as Trump's running mate. She meets both of his litmus tests. First, she's a telegenic minor celebrity and second and much more significantly, she's an election denier on par with Trump himself.
One reason why Trump can not win ... He will absolutely pick a VP who won't pull a Pense and try to declare whatever republican runs in 2028 as the winner ... Can you imagine if Lake is the VP, runs for president in 2028, then tries to declare herself the winner no matter how bad she loses?

It’s hard to find a less politically appealing candidate than Kamala Harris, but Kari Lake may be it, God bless her.
