Set to visit UF. Yes he is the son of Jason and plays TE. Listed at 6'6 240 and desires to stay at TE for those who already want to make him an OL guy. He could be that great blocking TE that is just fast enough to cause problems for the defense. I expect him to get an offer this week.

Man we're going to have a great TE room if he does sign with UF along with the 2021 TE that you guys were saying seemed to be on the verge of committing to UF

When you’re 6’6”, 240 you don’t need to be the fastest. You just need a good stiff arm! Lol

What a great find. Seems more and more legacy guys will be coming our way as the years go by.

Pitts is going to be a beast this year and next. When you compare the current offensive skill position talent in the QB, Receiver, Running Back and Tight End positions with Muschamp and Mac’s rosters it is amazing. With a few youngsters stepping up again this year those holes in the roster should be disappearing. With the right 2 OL grad transfers the Gator O should be the one they’re writing about, not LSU and UGA. Add Odom and it just keeps getting better.

Thanks Candy. When I first read it for some reason I was thinking son of Jerry Odom (did not look at a picture or film). I knew jerry in college from old yon hall days and I was thinking to myself “who the hell did jerry marry to get a 6’6” son”. Must have been a 7 foot wife as jerry was like 5’10” on a good day from what I remembered.

Jason Odom. Got it. Never knew him but he was off tackle that started as a freshman for SOS correct?

I think this one will end soon. Odom and then on to Wilcox. UF could soon become TE U.

The options our current and future TEs are gonna offer our OC are gonna be NUTS!!!!

On first down the poor MLB is gonna get trucked by a 6’6 240 TE on a running play. Then on second down one of the speedy TEs is gonna run by him (while he’s probably still looking for his mouth piece) for a 20 yard reception, where the TE will truck some poor SS. Lol

Looks like he could grow into an athletic OT. Lot of NFL money possible if that happens.
