So we have to operate on the assumption a country that said they would wipe Israel off the map, has had a nuclear weapon for 10+ years and never used it? Yes, they were under a different regime. The new one held Americans hostage for over a year and has been killing Americans for the past 45+ years.
Just because you have nuclear weapons doesn't mean you',ll use them against another country like Israel that might have 200-300 nukes. That would be suicidal.
