No. The refineries are located all over the country. It is the shipping terminal that almost all of the nation's oil flows to and then loaded onto ships that is out on an island.

I heard Marco Rubio explain this. He said the 60% statistic is deceiving because 90% of the work to enrich Uranium to build a nuclear bomb is accomplished at 60%. You can quickly take 60% enrichment and convert it to what is required for a bomb.

 

Yeah, so you can’t run on no new wars and being the anti-war president, and then immediately within 6 months of your presidency get us into a new war that you had no business starting in the first place. Literally took him 6 months to go completely back on one of the major things he campaigned on, which isn’t a shock to me since he is a serial liar and if you actually paid attention to his first term, the warning signs were there.
