I couldn't help but think that last night's thumping could be the beginning of the end for Satan. This year the gumps did not seem to have the same winning edge of previous years and defensive coordinators challenged them more than in previous years. Looked like climpson was in the huddle all night.

Puts him in a weird spot. If he leaves everyone will say Dabo ran him off. He will want to come back beat Dabo then leave. But what if he gets beat again?

Finebaum show should be a hoot today. Bet there are plenty of Bama fans that will want to run Saban off or at least poison his trees.

Not disagreeing w your overall point, but didn't bama set records this year with average margin of victory? didn't they blow everyone out? Tua barely ever played in the 4th qtr. during mop up time.. dont think any DCs even challenged them prior to UGa...

Doesn't have anything left to prove. Time to let the young bucks have their day.

It will be nice to see and hear Saban having to eat Humble Pie this off-season. Nice to also see culture beating mercenaries. Looking forward to when CDM, staff and roster can complete a similar culture transformation at UF.

He'll come back to win Tua Tagovailoa a Heisman and take another shot at a National Championship. Wouldn't be surprised if he leaves when Tua leaves.

Give Venables the horses and a month to prepare and his defense will have more looks than a peeping Tom. IMO, he is worth the Two Million Dollar Man title. He and Tony Elliot (co-OC) are more responsible for W’s and L’s than Dabo. Dabo, like B. Bowden is smart enough not to screw it up and has created a unique culture that players’ moms and dads love.

It was the yankee refs that undermined Bama

For more of this tune into Paul who was so busy telling us that Saban was better than the Bear

    He forgot about Dabo

All this did was piss him off. He’ll add 6 more 5-Star guys and sign a class of 35 players in Feb ...hire 8 more quality control guys and a dozen new bagmen. He’s not going anywhere.

I didn't watch after the first, but bama looked pretty good at the beginning. Not sure what changed.

My tin foil hat tells me saban wants to give the nfl one more shot, it not like him to get out-coached.

F-U-N-N-Y but probably even more true than funny. My hope is he gets desperate, slips up and gets caught. Once the NCAA starts unraveling his M.O., they’ll have to set up a permanent office in Tuscaloosa.

Just heard a stat that the last time bama lost by 16 or more points was in 2004. wow. this just seems incredible to me.

He should never of hired such an inexperienced DC though some of the offensive play calls (and the fake FG) were highly questionable. If you had to choose one college football coach to rectify a certain situation it would be Nick Saban so he's far from done. I don't understand the hatred for the guy...he's the best college football coach to ever walk the planet.

I think it's the beginning of the end. But it may be wishful thinking.
It's just hard to maintain and it's not as fun.
    We should know.

Getting to the top sometimes isn't as hard as sustaining. Saban has had a hell of a run and Clemson looks to be taking over. However, I see Saban trying for one more to surpass Bryant at Bama. Likely a rematch next year with a different outcome.

There is a chance that when we are peaking in 20 or 21 that we will face atm, not bama in atl.....
