I will let you know if I ever have them
Not Al Horford. My wife has a "thing" for him.
Joakim every day of the week.
Have hung out briefly with David. Not much fun but possibly because his mom was around. Have spent a lot of time around Susan. She's actually very cool. Watched a game on TV with his dad and his gf or wife. Gary is pretty cool too.
Why was the question even asked? Joakim is the most interesting professional athlete in the world. Check out his Instagram feed.
I actually had to reread this. I thought you typed blunt.
Not Taylor Jacobs...
I was thinking Erin Andrews myself. Or does this have to be an athlete? in that case Taylor Schwarz or Alex McMurtry, if I was a younger man.
In real life...that too. I said he had a great time. My brother also bought a Gator Electric Guitar years signed by both Urban and BD. He has a picture on the wall next to it with all of the 04's signing it as well. In Paris, Noah admitted he didn't recall signing it because he was in an altered state while doing so. The picture gives pretty good evidence that is true.
Did hang out with Erin Andrews some years ago. Great day.
If we expand beyond athletes to the entire student body, my wife might be offended if I take anyone but her.
Jason Williams always seemed like a fun guy to me
and he whooped Kentucky in Kentucky
What you think a person is from what you see on the court is not always what they are when they are off the court.
Jo is an exception. What you see is what you get. A really cool cat.
Any Gator in any sport? Dara Torres. End of discussion.
Jo is the obvious pick but putting him aside I think I would pick James Bates, one of the most eclectic personalities among the Gators I've enjoyed, Carlos Alvarez would be at the top of my list as well with Kennedy Baker as an honorable mention
Great answer. I always understood Coach Sayre was the Dread Pirate Roberts of Gator Country, one would move on and the next one would come in. We need the next Coach Sayre to step up.
Scott “Birdman” Stewart
Great kid. I was coaching football his senior year at Providence. He worked out with the football team. Humble, easy going guy
player would be a tie between Jo and Corey. Corey just has that ever present smile that seems like he would be cool to just talk with. Patric Young would be third.
Cool Jo story. My son went to a basketball camp at UF. Jo, the frosh, was hanging with the younger campers on an 8 foot basket. They were shooting at the hoop and he was swatting them away as fast as he could. The kids were squealing with delight and he was having almost as much fun as them.
Met Corey at a football game and he paused and spoke to my niece and took a pic with her. Smiled the whole time. Seemed like a genuinely nice person.
