No it doesn't. It's inconclusive. The other video taken from behind the car shows he was not struck by the car.

I would tend to believe the video of the guy who was actually hit.

If you don't think that shows him getting it, I don't know what to tell you.

Even if he was hit, it was a minor graze. The officer wasn't knocked back at all, and he kept his balance enough to get off 2 more shots. 2 shots that are highly questionable.

Shot 1, at least the officer could say he felt he was in danger. Even if he put himself there unnecessarily, there's still danger. But shots 2 and 3? The car has passed, and there is no danger. In fact, shooting the fleeing person creates more danger, as nobody knows if the officer will hit the target. And if he does, where does the car go?

It shows him losing the handle on his phone around the time he pulled out his gun but it doesn't show him getting hit

Many states and localities allow or even require law enforcement to assist ICE.

Grok: "Some states including Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, New Hampshire, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, have laws mandating varying levels of cooperation, such as honoring ICE detainers or sharing information."

Minnesota is a state that is designated as a "sanctuary jurisdiction" by the feds, along with places like California and Illinois.

State and local agencies are much less likely to assist ICE in these places.

It really doesn’t matter if you think he was hit. Let’s just grant your assumption as true. It was a violation of DOJ policy for him to shoot at her under the circumstances.

Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.

So arrest them, don't kill them. Confrontation comes with the job. If they can't handle it they should find a new job.

    Top of the ridge
    First it was
She was murdered while trying to leave.
The. She didn’t actually hit him with car it just looked like she did
    Then it was
So what if she only grazed him
The major says the officer walked away with Angolan. His step ( he was limping from where she hit him with her car).
She is accelerating forward as her partner yells drive baby drive. She hit the officer… and even if she didn’t it was a threat to hit him. She made a lot of terrible choices that day and paid a terrible price. She put the officer in a position that he had to make a split second decision under areas and it cost her.

Not equating the two situations exactly but the idea that someone has time to process intent or make informed decisions once the action has started is disingenuous and biased with agenda.

Again, there were a number of mistakes made throughout the whole series of events but some of the takes are absurd.

Yet, her and her wife went down there to block traffic and harass the officers.
