I don't understand the first clause. To your Q: In vague terms (which they are), I agree. "Keep your cool," though, is highly subjective, as is "help." I thus reject the question as a simple dichotomy. The concept has to be applied (and not equally so) on both sides too. In this case, which person kept their cool more, the woman who got shot or the agent who shot her? There's room for disagreement there, though a strong case could be made that the agent whose fellow agents were yelling "Get the .... out of the car!" and who crossed in front of a running vehicle and ultimately fired three shots at close range, two through the driver's side window killing the driver, lost his cool to a greater degree.

Not directed at you, but something that might not have been discussed is that the agent fired at least three shots in a highly populated area with other officers and civilians in close proximity. It is very fortunate that no other individuals were shot.

The officer put himself in a dangerous situation by standing in front of the car.

That what quite impressive. That dude was getting it, on what could have been a slick surface. Nimble through traffic. Does he have any eligibility left? Lol

But really, I don't see how anyone could have a problem with this. Didn't flying bulldog the guy. No body roughed him up. They got him cuffed up, picked him up like a human being instead of jerking him around and got him out of there.

I hate what's about to happen. I hate seeing people destroying property and acting a damn fool and I hate seeing the police get more and more militarized and some of those officers are no doubt going to target peaceful protesters and journalists.

    Feels bad, man.

None of those agents even needed to exit their vehicle. The video clearly shows the lady waving them through. The first vehicle goes right around, so why couldn’t the truck? Whatever you want to believe about this woman (go ahead and believe the Baghdad Bob level lie of her being a dOmEsTiC tErRoRiSt). It’s impossible to refute they needn’t have even exited their vehicles, let alone try to violently extract her before shooting her.

The woman’s activities are also subject to review, but I’ve yet to see evidence indicating she did anything. Reports are now that she actually dropped her kid off at school that very morning, so even the idea of her “driving around harassing them” seems a bit dubious unless she miraculously started tailing them immediately after dropping her kid off. The timeline also has her car only stationary for 3 minutes, so this woman was only there for a few minutes. Did you even know that? Apparently in 3 minutes they decided this lady was a violent threat. Maybe they saw her on previous days or mistook her for someone else, but the known facts don’t support any of their actions - and frankly I can’t imagine anything that would given what we see unfold on the current video.

Synced video shows the officer wasn’t hit, and, no, she didn’t use her vehicle as a weapon. How do you even type this shit with a straight face?

She was a pro agitator basically. I think they were stopping her to arrest her and she decided to put her life and an officers at risk. It's nuts how many of these illegals and pro agitators about to be arrested are weaponizing their vehicles trying to not be put into custody.

Completely avoidable: leave the effin’ gun in the holster. The agent went against CBP policy too.

As we've reported, the panel found that in many cases Border Patrol officers were discharging their weapons out of frustration, rather than to guard their safety. It also suggested that officers were purposely placing themselves in front of moving vehicles, and then shooting at them.
The CBP, another group under DHS by policy says agents are not to stand in front or behind vehicles. https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/f...021-Jul/cbp-use-of-force-policy_4500-002A.pdf

    L
ook at the DHS policy on use of firearms against operators of vehicles and requiring the officer to consider out of control vehicles hitting 3rd parties and it’s obvious this was a bad shoot. Ross should be behind bars.

I agree with you, this was completely avoidable, all she had to do was listen and follow their instructions, but she tried to run over them and got herself killed. I truly don't understand the ignorance from the whackos and those who defend their crazy choices.
The left has gone full on bat shit crazy

If it doesn’t fit their perspective-
    Acknowledgement is quite subjective.

Note: this is true about both “sides,” i.e. people. Hence this forum.

Or maybe we have higher expectations for law enforcement than we do for criminals. They shouldn't be escalating an extremely low stakes situation and killing people when it's not even remotely necessary.
